We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our clients well-established team as a Trade Enquiry Administrator.

Job Summary:

This role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by handling enquiries efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who is quick-thinking, eager to learn new skills, and hard-working. All necessary training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes and processing orders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
