KL Talent Solutions' client is seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join their team in Oxford. Our client is a leading provider of support and repair services for domestic appliances, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting sustainability.
About the Role
As a skilled field-based Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be equipped with all the tools needed to excel and succeed in your role. Collaborating with a community of professional engineers, you will share best practices and contribute to a team focused on delivering outstanding service to customers. Utilising your expertise and product knowledge, you will diagnose and resolve appliance issues efficiently, supported by regional field service teams dedicated to ensuring high-quality repairs at customers' homes.
About You
You are an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer with a proven track record in white goods repair. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a positive, problem-solving attitude. With a minimum of two years of experience in the white goods repair sector, you bring up-to-date knowledge in diagnosing and repairing at least four of the following appliances:
- Washing machines
- Tumble dryers
- Dishwashers
- Refrigeration units
- Cookers

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £31,000 - £40,000 per annum (inclusive of a £5,000 High Cost Living allowance for candidates in the OX postcode area) for a 40-hour week.
- Uncapped bonus scheme with potential earnings up to £55,000 per annum.
- 8-hour workdays (typically 9 AM - 5 PM), Monday to Friday.
- Pre-planned routes with drive time included.
- Daily parts delivery to a designated collection point near you.
- Sign-on bonus.

Requirements
