Something About The Team.
Lauren started her career in customer services, speaking, listening and problem solving daily for a medico legal company. This was the first role that gave Lauren the skills she required to lead her into her first recruitment role. In 2015 Lauren started as a recruitment administrator for a national agency until her regional manager found she had a rare quality. Sheer honesty, for good or for bad she was extremely open with her candidates and clients which is when she gained her first branch manager role in Transport and Logistics. Later in Lauren’s career she moved into multisector management across Transport, Logistics, Construction and Engineering so over the years she has seen a lot of different roles that required all different levels of support. The one thing that stayed the same was her level of dedication to her clients and candidates priding herself on longstanding relationships built through trust, honesty, commitment and sector knowledge. Outside of work Lauren spends most of her time with her two young children, husband Will and their pet horse Logan.
