NDE Inspectors

KL Talent Solutions are looking for a number of Inspectors to assist throughout our clients Fabrication areas due to sizeable growth and increasing order book.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Inspection of fabricated assemblies at various stages of assembly to ensure they conform with customer quality plan/drawings.
• Weld procedure checking.
• Dye penetrant of assemblies.
• PMI testing of materials and welds.
• Checking completed assemblies against final inspection report.
• Completion of material location sheets.
• Liaise with appropriate personnel.
• Working safely throughout all activities in line with Paralloy’s safety standards and procedures.
• General 5S housekeeping / Operator PPM.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Able to assist in fabrication of assemblies when necessary.
• ASNT DPI Level 2 certification.
• Good communication skills: both written and verbal.
• A good understanding of health & safety, environmental issues and quality rules.
