Typical Day:

Answer phone calls and pass messages to the correct teams.

Book, change, and update repair and service appointments.

Update customer and property information on internal systems.

Carry out general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Make outbound calls to give updates or confirm appointments.

Follow up on outstanding queries and ensure records are kept up to date.

Work with other teams to ensure information is accurate.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.

Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work as part of a team.

Flexible approach and ability to adapt to change.

Clear and professional communication skills.
Contract Details:

Temporary full-time position until 31st March 2026
-
36 hours per week
-
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Friday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
-
£13.43 per hour
-
DBS check required (paid for by the employer)
