KL Talent Solutions' client is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales trends, obstacles, and opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales benchmarks and KPIs to drive performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics like sales performance and conversion rates.
- Provide coaching and take action where needed to improve team performance.
- Assist in building a robust training program for current and future sales agents.
- Take a hands-on role in daily sales activities, working closely with the team.
What We’re Looking For:

You’ll need to be a customer-focused sales manager who can hold others accountable while supporting their growth. You should be forward-thinking, with an eye for improving sales processes and developing new opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing both retail and trade sales teams, overseeing a combined turnover of £16 million—on track to reach £20 million by 2026. During the 6-month probation period, you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves, learn the business inside and out, and gain hands-on experience at the front line. After this period, a commission structure will be implemented based on department performance.

- Experience in managing sales teams.
- Strong sales accountability and KPI management.
- Experience with performance-related pay structures.
- Phone-based sales experience and new business development.
- Proven success in managing customer portfolios and cross-functional working.
